Mayor's assault case postponed to August 8

Mayor Mutton himself wasn't in court this morning but instead had representation for the very brief appearance in a west Oshawa courtroom. His case was postponed until Tuesday, August 8th. There is still a publication ban on the case so Durham Regional Police and court observers aren't able to give any details.
